  • Standard Items: Our general items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. This timeframe allows us to process your order efficiently and ensure that it reaches you as quickly as possible.

Specialty and Custom Creations

  • In-Store Creations: Items such as floral arrangements and curated artworks are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and require additional time. Please allow 1-4 weeks for these unique items to be prepared and shipped.
  • Custom Orders: If you have placed a custom order, please anticipate a preparation and shipping timeframe of 1-4 weeks. This period allows us to tailor the product to your specific requirements, ensuring high-quality results.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all orders, delivery times may vary based on destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited options are available at an additional cost.
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia at this point in time.
